I love CrazyTalk Pro, however, I do not love the Reallusion Universal Installer. When you go to open it, my Mac produces a non-working webpage. Additional to this, it does not provide installation and produces an error code message when you attempt to use it.

I really want to produce excellent animations - Help!

Thanks.

Hi Irene,

Have you downloaded the Mac downloader? You will need this installed to be able to download content. In case you need it the link is below.

Also do ensure you have your copy of CrazyTalk Animator 2 updated to the latest version which 2.15. You can check this in CTA2 by going to Help > Check For Update.

Hi!
Trying to install the CrazyTalk Animator Trial to evaluate and it won't launch. I've got a Mid 2012 MacBook Pro Retina 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7 with 16GB Ram. Any help you could give is appreciated. I'd love to see if it could work for my needs.

Thanks!

I too have been trying to use the downloader for my MacBook since last year. I have contacted re allusion countless times and it's been a waste of time. I've also tried to use the tutorials on youtube still NO success. I wish I could get my money back. I purchased this software for my non profit kids/youth after school organization with a grant. I hope someone can solve this problem soon.
