I'm temporarily stumped. I'm sure I did this before, but I don't seem to have it either. I must have been dreaming, or I'm thinking of iClone 5 when I did it last. Can anyone else find it?

There isn't really a "Full Screen" mode, however if you select the "Final Render" view from the Workspace window:
You will get this view:
If you close the Render settings window then you have an almost Full screen view.

No Full Screen is a retrograde step, IMO :ermm:. Another reason why I won't be upgrading to iC6.

I've never used Full Screen, and can't see myself using the Final Render view either, but I think that the viewing area provided is large enough for critical viewing. Anyone can compile a list of reasons not to like, or upgrade, iClone - just as many can do the same for upgrading. ;)

I never used full screen so I don't miss it. I don't view it as a major shortcoming not to use IC6. It may have been due to using QT for the user interface, which was due a major overhaul. I don't see why IC6 gets so much resistance. There have been previews of the UI, which generated much excitement. I can understand if people don't want to upgrade, but I find it disconcerting to see little jabs of negativity aimed at IC6, which is a major step forward in many ways. RL has worked very hard at it and deserves some praise and credit. So instead of litanies about this missing or that missing, you could propose it as a future feature, if possible. Over the years RL has proven to be very receptive to user input. Together we can make this a better product.

I use iClone Full screen all the time, since iC1.5. Likewise Pinnacle Studio NLE Program, since Version 8 (10 years-ago). It isn't a "niggle" Job. All iClone Versions had Full Screen, which is a basic Editing Feature, up-till now. That's a retrograde step, IMO. I'm a Consumer, not a Pro & don't need iC6's Pro Features, to produce Pinhead Clips. Good, bad & ugly :ermm:, but entertaining none-the-less.;) I've trialled iC6. It's new User Interface isn't for me. Since I don't & won't have iC6, I won't be posting in any of the iC6 related Forums. But will continue to help-out with iC5 where possible.

musicaz (12/21/2014) Also i dont get how a software program can be called a pro version and then remove a basic editing feature ?iClone is an Animation program, and Full Screen isn't an editing function - it's a viewer. You can't edit in Full View in any NLE, all editing functions are disabled due to the Full Screen overlay. The "Final Render" workspace in iClone 6 does however permit adjustments to the scene before committing to what could be a time consuming render. In an NLE Full Screen mode you have to exit and return to the interface to make any adjustments, in iClone you don't. :)

I made the same request in other trhead ! I edit on a 46 inch screen (TV) and it was very helpfull to see a ready TV fullscreen whithout exporting. But for me Iclone 6 is not a retrograde step because now I export in 4K , edit in 4K and downconvert in HD for broadcasting , all in realtime!!! :)

I'm surprised it's not there, but I won't lose any sleep over it. a) I did not use it very often. Once in a while, but not very often. I'm speaking only for myself. b) As already mentioned, there is a "preview mode" that is very nearly full-screen. What are you not getting in that mode that you get in full-screen mode? c) I like the handy-dandy "Current Frame Preview (F10)" button that produces a single frame at your project's resolution. Bottom line for me... same as the first line of this post.
