Is there a bundle with DrawPlus X6 and some content packs including CTA2 pro? Can't seem to find out anywhere...

If they did not anymore. DrawPlus is a third party tool that can be used with CTA.
Long ago they used to sell it, I believe, but no more.
You have to go to Serif directly and the latest version is DrawPlus x8
