How do you install these files once they have been saved to your hard drive?

Unfortunately the Marketplace is for the Windows version only. While it is possible to download to a Windows PC and then manually copy the content to the Mac version, it isn't possible to directly install on a Mac.

Its not 3 year later, has there been any change to supporting OSX?

Also if I have access to a windows PC, what steps do I have to go through to download an RLD file before installing it on my mac where I have the one paid installation of Crazytalk 2?
