Greetings,
I'm thinking it would be helpful to provide a 'Saves As / Load' (or retain settings) feature to allow saving / retaining and later loading of a desired and/or recent configuration of a user's settings in the Timeline for a given iProject. Such that a returning to the project either automatically (and/or selectively) allows a loading of the Saved, auto-retained or selectable configuration.
Also...
An alternative very quick way of adding items to a Timeline could be to Rt-Click it in the Content Manager and/or Viewport/Scene and have a 'List in Timeline' selectable option.
