Newbie Question regarding 3DX5

Help...I got iClone 5PRo and 3D exchange 5Pro to convert from Daz Genesis to iClone

In the File from the Daz website I got a zip file with a group of five folders containing BVH and FBX files, only absolutely no information about where they are supposed to go!
Seasoned users will no doubt know exactly where they are supposed to be installed but I have absolutely no idea ("Throw me a frikkin bone here" comes to mind!)
