can't install virtual studio 1

thanks in advance for any help.

i've tried it on 2 internet connected computers, including the one i paid for and downloaded it on.
it starts to install and then says 'you are not connected to the internet right now. please check your internet connection and try again'

One possibility could be that your AV software, and/or your Firewall is blocking the installer from accessing the internet.

thanks for the prompt response.
unfortunately i don't have control over the av/firewall. other internet programs seem to work. does this mean i won't be able to use it?

You say that you don't have control over the AV and Firewire settings, does this mean that the PC you are using is connected to a company Network?

If this is the case then I would ask the Network Admin. to have a look at the problem.

Specifically explain what happens during your procedure.

If you don't there are 1000's of things that potentially could be at issue before we even get to executing the install file.

So... Step by step explain what you do, what IT does and what you see onscreen.
