I can't seem to find anywhere in the trainings to show what these numbers mean 1 to 8 ?

I like to have HD but I don't want a huge video size as I'm uploading to several sharing sites. Average video length is from 4 minutes to 10 minutes long. What are the best settings to use? I'm currently using .mp4

The numbers 1 - 8 are just an indicator of quality with 1 being lowest and 8 highest.

Even if you use the highest 8 setting with an HD 720p MP4 output, you will still only have a file that is around 100MB for a 5 minute video. That is pretty good for high quality output.
