I cannot get the installer from my email to run
get an error window with this message
do I need to unistall my old CTA?

Hi Wendy,

Sorry to hear about your problems installing CrazyTalk Animator 2.

The -5001 error often indicates the installer has not been downloaded completely.

Please re-download the trial again and save the file to your hard drive first. Once downloaded completely, please try to install it again.

We recommend downloading using a Download Manager such as the free "FlashGet". This will enable you to continue the download should it get interrupted and reduce the risk of a corrupt file.

thx, made two download attemps both different file sizes which tends to indicate this is the case, will investigate further.

yes thx, that download manager got it all and it ran :)
