need activation urgently

Trying to install using the serial number provided but it asks me for an activation thing, why so many complex things need it working now, where do I activate it on your website, please

Once you have installed CrazyTalk Animator you just need to login using your Member Account details to activate. Just make sure these are the same account details you used when purchasing the software.

If you are having difficulties with this process, please let us know exactly what happens when you login. Do you receive an error message?

Peter, on installation after I put the serial number, it says:
Online verification failed, so I tried other form of validation, it asks me to generate an activation file so I did and sent it to support but still no answer need to work ASAP, then it asks me to enter activation code
