Hi,It seems like you may have a problem with your text to speech engine which is installed on your computer. If you have Windows Vista then you will have the text to speech engine SAPI 5.3 installed along with one voice. If you have Windows XP then it may vary on which version of SAPI you have installed.

With regards to the Edit button mentioned in the tutorial, the Key Editor is only available in Crazytalk 5 Pro. If you are using the standard version of Crazytalk 5 you won't have this button I'm afraid. You can see the differences between the two versions using the link below.
