Hope you can help. I have been doing just the basic talking cat video. (less than 1 min). when I go to upload to youtube it takes almost an hour. broadband speed is normal. What is wrong...is there settings I need to know about before uploading...thanks

some security software block cookies and youtube will not respond as a result. so the first step would be to make sure you don't have something blocking or disrupting your cookies.

Often it can take a long time to upload to youtube depending on which format you use...I always upload my animations as a MP4 and NOT AVI or WMV...you can convert your animation to MP4 using free Format Factory: http://www.pcfreetime.com/
