Hi, Running win8, downloaded Animator pro and installed it on D: partition drive and used it. Had to refresh machine and since then cannot open Animator pro I keep getting the error message the programme cannot start because cxcore200.dll missing try reinstalling. even tho I reinstalled software (still on D: drive not C:) I still keep getting this message. I will put it on C: if I have to, but wondered if there was a solution without having to do that.

UPDATE Ok, after uninstalling and reinstalling software 2 more times, all now seems to be well, working fine on D: partition drive....So who knows what happened, anyway seems ok now. Guess the solution was to keep trying and wear the pc gremlins down into submission.:)

I've been hearing about a lot of oddities with windows 8, seems like this may have been one of them. The other item that has been acting quirky lately in various softwares is the Nvidia Gtx 670 - it has this blackscreen error that seems to be plaguing it.
