I am sorry to say this is an EXACT replica of my iClorama, released quite long time ago!

Right or wrong?

I was not going to throw my 2 cents into this discussion
but
360◦ cycloramas of any description not a new concept.
I expressed an interest back when I only owned iC4 standard after unsuccessfully trying to import my own version correctly uv mapped into iclone via the very limited 3dx2.
At that time I had a very limited laptop that barely ran iClone.
It was just a way to use iClone with my existing Carrara 360◦ renders and iClone characters.
Compositing videos honestly is still the easiest alternative even now with pipeline!
once I got 3dx4 (and a decent computer!) it was easy to get a modified flatarsed sphere with spherical mapping in or skyboxes for that matter.
I bought 3dx4 and solved the issue well before Mike finally got around to releasing his product after I asked him about it or he may have made a sale.
It would have just been a readymade solution to a need at the time, I could not get my Daz dollys in either but with that crappy computer honestly had no need.
I was not a result of copying his idea either, I was already doing it in other software as do many.
Many games use skyboxes and cycloramas.
