Dear CCD members
Your submission process won't be delayed......AGAIN!
Since CCD program attracts global animators to assist the grand occasion altogether, we receive more and more submitted works recently.
Therefore, it always took too much time from approval to sale.
To speed up the process of your submission and provide more flexible features for your commercialization, the enhanced CCD submission system is on line now (2007.11.05).
And you have to go through the new features (in the page below) before your upcoming submissions.

Why do developers only get 50% of the profits for their work, is it possible to earn a higher percent. I kow you need your cut to maintain the site but 50% is a little steep, I mean, come on you get 100% of your profits already, and everybody who develops need your product to do it, so pass the benifits down to the little guy why don't ya

RL we have a problem..., the confirm button isn't working. Nothing happens when you press it, and nothing goes to review. I hope all the info in my data won't be lost when I log out...:doze:

Anyone experienced "Internet explorer Cannot find this page" when trying to submit? Tried most of the day but times out using 3 browsers. Peter????

There has been a bit of a backlog of content to clear but the guys are getting there. There have been about 30 - 40 new packs released in the last couple of weeks alone. Please let me know you haven't heard anything back yet.

Sw000p - just to set expectations, i have had approved items in the pipeline for 8 weeks - before showing up on the store. Have more waiting for review, for 3 weeks - so after review it nees to be certified and more waiting for them to show up on the store
and i believe my experience in s not unique
bottom line there a lot of developers submitting content, RL has them is a publication pipeline
just be patient. In the meantime you can whet the audience appetite by posting previews, videos etc..

Hi Popeye, Duchess, The submission system has been tested and appears ok at Reallusions end. Can you please try again when you get time and let us know if it is still causing problems. Please also make sure to keep the word count in fields within the limits that are stated. And if you receive any error messages that are different from the one already supplied, then please try to capture it so it can be checked. Thanks for all your help.

The problems with the submission page are still ongoing I'm afraid. Because of the Chinese New Year holidays it may be a few more days before this is fixed. It should certainly be fixed by early next week. Apologies for the inconvenience.

It was the loading of the submission. It timed out in Chinese writing. The submission was only 876kb so it had no reason to time out. Thanks Peter I will try it again and let you know

Yep just had the same problem as Brian. It lets you go the whole 9 yards and then when all info is typed in and you click preview it loaded up but a page with Chinese writing and something about a runtime error.

Just a quick update on the the submission problem. The team are working on it. It appears to be a firewall issue at Reallusion's end. Hopefully it will be back to normal very soon.

I cannot get the submission page to load at all. None of the form fields or text load. Hope this is fixed soon. I have props i'd like to submit.
