It's really nice that we can add "Perform" commands to the right-click menu of actors, but would be even nicer if we could add "Move" commands as well.

Of course, that would mean a bunch of features from the old AML editor. If it could set a walk start, loop, and end (or even just a loop); with speed settings for the translating of the avatar.

Thanks for the feedback Rampa. This has been passed to the development team for consideration. :)

Hi Rampa,

I have a further update for you.

Currently the plan is to improve this particular feature in the next version of 3DXchange.

However for now though, we suggest that you can use the LUA file attached, and then replace the three files referenced below with your own walk motions. This will allow you to add custom walk motions by using the right click method.

Walk_Forward_Start.iMotion
Walk_Forward.iMotion
Walk_Forward_End.iMotion

Hope this helps. :)

Thanks Peter!

I actually still use the old AML editor, and clean up the files in text. Glad to hear this is being revamped though.
