Bonus/upgrade download at snail speed. Any idea why?

I am downloading a small bonus content, the clonebone (some 4.39MB). It has been going on for hours, at 256 bytes per second. I have cable broadband. So it can't be my internet bandwidth, can it?  Anyone has any idea why?

A few days ago, when I purchased the power bundle III Pro (iClone 3 Pro, CrazyTalk Pro, and 3DXchange 2.0), hundreds of MB of full versions were downloaded in 10 minutes or so.

Because of some technical problems, downloads are running very slow at the moment. This should be resolved soon. Apologies for the inconvenience this is causing.

I will post again if there is more information on this situation. Thanks for your feedback.

Any update on the technical issues? I just tried a moment ago, the downloading of the clonebone was still unacceptably slow. I had to abort it.  Let me know soon as I am waiting for this. Thanks.

Hi David,

The problem with the slow download speed of the CloneBone character has been reported and should be fixed very soon.

In the meantime, please check your PM box, I have sent you a message. ;)
