Hello,
Can Facefilter 3 be used to fix the images that iClone outputs when creating a new 3D Face/Head?
If so, please create tutorials showing how to do so.
That would get me to buy Facefilter 3.

Well I wouldn't say it can "fix" it, but it can improve and enhance the face texture before you use it in Iclone. It still takes some work to make decent looking faces in Iclone, with or without face filter.
