Hi,
I downloaded CrazyTalk7 for mac from the AppStore. On its first run, I followed the registration option on the splash screen. Followed that all the way thru and downloaded the bonus content. I quit the program, not before checking the current content. Then, I ran the bonus content installer. When that was finished, I ran CrazyTalk7 and checked for the new content. It doesn't appear. Since then, I retried the same steps again to no avail.
Can you help me?
I'm running osx 10.8.2.
Best regards.

I have the same problem here. Also, after toying with the interface my screen freaks out and then freezes with all these lines and gaps on it.

Please visit the page below and click on Auto Motion, Voice Script and Motion Script. There you will see all the bonus items you should have. http://www.reallusion.com/event/12-CT7bonus/default.html Then open CT7 and navigate to the corresponding folders in Content Manager. You should see all the items listed. For example go to Auto Motion > Scenario and see if you have Talk - Avoiding and Talk Curious. If you have these then it is safe to assume you also have all the other bonus content too.

Thank you very much for your response. What you describe is exactly what I see. I guess the confusion arose from misunderstanding what was supposed to appear.
Thanks for your patience and time.
Best regards.

I've tried the same steps that you suggested but I don't see the bonus content listed on the website. Is there a way to solve it?
I followed the steps when I installed the bonus pack.

mangeb (10/1/2012) I've tried the same steps that you suggested but I don't see the bonus content listed on the website. Is there a way to solve it?
I followed the steps when I installed the bonus pack.
Working on a MacBook Pro running OsX 10.8.2Did you double click the bonus .pkg file and complete the installation procedure? If so you should have had confirmation that the installation was successful. If this didn't complete successfully, please try to install the package again. Also allow the installation to place the files automatically. It may be they are being installed to the wrong location. If after checking you continue to have problems, please contact Support using the link below. They will be able to advise you further. Thank you. http://www.reallusion.com/CustomerSupport/User/QForm.aspx

dean_20121002072426478 (10/4/2012) I wonder if you can help me too, i bought different types of packs for crazy talker from the online store, the problem is im running a mac and the files get down loaded as .exe files?????Currently the Reallusion Content Store and Marketplace only supports CrazyTalk 6 and CrazyTalk Animator for Windows PC's. The content available from these locations can't be installed to CrazyTalk 7 For Mac. Extra content for CrazyTalk 7 will be coming soon. If you have purchased content packs already, and don't have CT6 or CTA for PC then please contact Customer Support using the link below. They will be able to help you with a refund. http://www.reallusion.com/CustomerSupport/User/QForm.aspx
