I'm uploading a video which should be live in an hour from the time this is posted.

The URL is here: http://youtu.be/EZr8fA20XEY

I go into the character editor, select NOSE for example and replace it.

I CAN move it
I CAN resize it.
I CAN stretch it.
I CAN NOT rotate it and have it stay put.

Whenever I try... as soon as I release the mouse it springs back... don't know what to do... I have lots of items I want to bring in... but can't align them properly.

Please help!
Thanks,
Jerry

While in Character Composer mode, replace or insert new sprites using the sprite editor .

You also set the size and position, etc. of the sprites while in the Sprite Editor.

Jeff

Also: You must size and position each sprite for a body part. Each sprite has it's own sizing and position.

I purchased the noses and other body parts from Reallusion as a package.

So what you are saying is that I can't just drag a nose from the package over and have it replace the nose on the character... I have to go into the sprite editor and replace every instance of the nose with every instance from the package... so if the nose has 30 expressions... I have to do 30 individual imports and adjustments?!?!

I bought the $50 package because I thought it would be a drag-&-drop solution. That's ridiculous to spend $50 and have to rebuild everything for EVERY character.

Are you SURE that is the only way???

Look at the video again... I SHOULD be able to just drag and position.

Hi Jerry,

You just need to have the Sprite Editor open to be able to rotate the nose. You don't add anything to the Sprite Editor, just add the nose as per your video, open the Sprite Editor and then rotate the nose again as you did in the video. Now you will see the nose stays in position.

Yes... I just now figured that out when making a reply to help. The video was not clear about leaving the Editor Open.

Anyway... it's working now... so onto the next step. I'll eventually get the hang of this program.

thanks,
Jerry :w00t:
