Hi..

Extract the skirt.vns from the zip file and then simply drag it into the preview window of iClone4. It is a complete character and not just the skirt.

Remember though that this is a very old file from an early version of iClone. The character is a G1 (Generation 1) so the upper, lower, shoes etc can't be mixed and matched with current G3 avatars.
