Do you mean you lose all the audio in the final video or just the audio from the billboard or plane? Also what is Photograms... I don't understand that one I'm afraid.

I do a project with iC5. In a billboard (or a plane A) i put a video. And a character says something. Ok. I look for my work and it's all right.

Now, i export everything, selecting an AVI file.

And the AVI file is completely mute.

And sometimes the final video is without audio also without the billboard or the plane A.

But not even!

I am goin crazy.

Some things to check to try and eliminate the problem.

1) If you export to video without using .popVideos or other videos in your scene do you get audio?

2) Have you tried exporting to WMV instead of AVI? This will eliminate a possible codec issue.

3) Try using another program to output to video, for example Windows Movie Maker. Do you get sound in the exported video using other software.

4) In addition, check to see if you have updated sound drivers for your computer? Installing these may resolve the issue. You should be able to find them on your computer manufacturers website.

Please give this a try and see if it helps solve the problem.

I have a file from popvideo converter which plays fine in stage mode (IC5) but goes mute on export (into all exportable formats).  Sound from the other characters etc works fine.

When I just import the popvideo into an empty IC5 project it works.  Something in my animation (which has several avatars / cameras / detail) is muting the export.  I've made several popvideo animations and this is the first time I've had such a problem.

Any ideas?

Have you tried opening the project in the 64bit version of iClone5? (if you are using a 64bit operating system). This will eliminate a memory issue with 32bit version.
