Problem with exporting video

I am having a problem rendering.  I am getting the error message that my projected project size will exceed the 4GB limit.   I have reduce the video size and remove content but it still does not help.   Any suggestions?

4 gigabyte is huge .w00t
What use you for pictures? maybe this are to big?
Before you import you images in CT, decrease the image size in an image editor.

I only have an avatar, text to speech voice  and a classroom set (wall and screen only)  that I purchased from Iclone content store.

Does anyone know why this is occurring?

This is happening to me even if I use one of the models that comes with the software. If I have a voice script that is over about 1.5 minutes long, I receive this error.

This software is supposed to allow up to 15 minutes of recording.

Please can you tell us the full video export settings you are using (resolution size, video format, codec etc.). Also if you receive an error message, please let us know exactly what it says. You can post a screenshot if that is easier. Thanks.
