Animator failure to run

I have purchased and installed Animator on HPxw600 Xeon 3.2g processors 3.62g ram Matrox millenenium G450 dualhead graphics card with latest driver.

The product fails after startup and I get an error message CTP App.Exe failed.

Anyone any ideas please?

Hi..

Sorry to hear about your problems with CrazyTalk Animator.

It could possibly be a problem with DirectX9c not being installed correctly. It may be worth getting this and installing. You can find it HERE. Also make sure that you have run Windows Update to get the latest updates for your OS.

It would also be worth uninstalling CrazyTalk Animator and doing a fresh install.

If the problem still persists after that and your graphics and audio drivers are up to date then please contact Technical Support using the link below. They will be able to advise you further.

Tried that, installed new ATI Radeon HD3450 graphic card 512mb and still no luck.

Have you contacted Support as I advised in my previous post? They will try to help you resolve these problems as soon as possible.
