moving multiple dots

Looked everywhere can't find how to move multiple dots. ie like entire mouth or eye

Come on I know this is easy but I can't figure it out.

Please someone give me a hint!

Just position the mouse over the mouth frame rather than the actual points and you will see the frame becomes highlighted. Then you can drag the entire lips, eyes etc rather than just the individual points.
