There is really so much to learn with CT6!  I was playing around with the "Kid's Sketch" template and notice there's background audio with it.  Is there a tutorial on how to add/modify/delete this?  Are there royalty-free sounds like this available?

Well!  A lot of views, but no responses!  One site I found is sounddogs.com - where for like $13, I purchased a 37 second sound byte that I can loop into my animations.  It's great!  So if there are any other suggestions, I'd be happy to hear them!

Surprised you got no responses, sorry. Sad

There are many folks on the forum who know more about music than I do--some of them being real musicians.

For royalty-free, in addition to sounddogs, try Pond 5, Production Trax, Shockwave-Sound, and Audio Jungle--just 4 off the top of my (bald) head. Those have so many tracks it will occupy you for many hours sampling the wares.

There are many others stock music houses, and I'm sure our producers will chime in.

Another good source is SmartSound software, which has a large selection of tracks, and a few of them are very good.

You can also look at archive.org or creativecommons and see if free music turns up there. Recordings from the early 20th century are now generally in the public domain. Like: MY BABY JUST CARES FOR ME

In the So Bad It's Good Department: Making a comedy?

If so, the public domain is RICH in music, such as....

Yes, it's unfortunate that this isn't a more active forum.  But thanks for all the great info!

I found that I can add a background audio - but I can't see how to loop it or to add more than one audio file.  I guess I have to do that outside the program?  Which is unfortunate... but maybe I just don't know how?  Someone???

Hi Lauri

Well done. That's a nice video. Very atmospheric. Smile

If you haven't seen it already, you can find out how to work with background audio in the online help guide HERE.
