I was wondering if anyone else has this wonderful product....I have reviewed all the required information which was pretty straight forward and easy to accomplish with all the other demolition items in the packet......but my brain is having a problem with the demolition of the glass - I have and used the walls - columns etc - no problem but in the description of the glass I get lost - when I apply the glass to the stage - the dummy is there but no glass- I operate it and see the glass break but there is no glass - the information said to apply it to the specific Iprop. that came with the product - but I don't comprehend how to attach it - does anyone have any ideas......Help. I appreciate any thoughts.

Thanks for taking the time...

Thanks for the question but I did not see any name attached to :

http://www.reallusion.com/contentstore/csproduct.aspx?contentid=AIC430CIENU050120110426001&MenuItem=ic_scene&Type=Props

That's a wonderful idea - if someone could let me know who it is I would be happy to put the question to them.....but the page link listed above does not have any reference or name of the person or persons who made it nor any email contact information that I could use nor does anything I have found yet that does - but that is a great idea.....thanks sw00000p
for taking the time to respond to my question - I do appreciate it. So if anyone knows who I could contact or has the answer to the original question I posed - It would be a great.

Thanks for taking the time...

Reallusion Content Store Packs are Developed by Reallusion Content Developers. No individual names to contact, apart from Reallusion Technical Support, via a Support Ticket. Unlike the Forum's individual Market Place Content Developers, who have their own Content Stores & can be contacted.

Go here: http://www.reallusion.com/contentstore/csproduct.aspx?contentid=AIC430DLENU050120110112001&MenuItem=ic_scene&Type=Props  Clicking on the Glass Option, opens a new Window, with a Video Tutorial option. Windows Internet  Explorer IE9 reports a problem with the Web Page & can't Open it here with IE9 at the moment, for whatever reason - But try it, anyway.

Anyone-else?

Hey, Colour - Thanks again - truly......usually before I post something I try to exhaust my options and (with my limited brain power) explore the subject until I can't go any further......the link you are referring to, I believe, was originally a promo video that I found on the iclone demo channel - You Tube site (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lYB712QO5RI) - although it was a spectacular video (I thought) - it did not supply me with my answer. Thanks so much for responding to my question - you are a never ending source of great information - Thank again.

Thanks for taking the time...

The maker of the product is http://city.reallusion.com/store/theforge - I found this out by accident - but hey what ever works - still learning how to get around Iclone web pages - I have sent a personal note - and awaiting a reply - thanks everyone for all your help.

Hi Salmar,

Unfortunately, this product in the content store that you referred to http://www.reallusion.com/contentstore/csproduct.aspx?contentid=AIC430CIENU050120110426001&MenuItem=ic_scene&Type=Props is made by Reallusion, not a content developer at The Forge. I think you'll have to submit a Support Ticket to them to help you with the situation. I don't own that pack myself so I can't even offer any help that way. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

aT

Oh, and going by your picture, I think you meant this link instead.

For those who might be interested and who may have had the same problem....the final result was (taken from the support ticket):

Reference to Forum Post #90769has been answered and the glass demolition now is working - Thank-you
..... I understand about the late reply with Iclone 5 coming out soon - I can comprehend where your energies lay and completely understand - no problem.

Just FYI - it was the pixel shader that was incorrect on my viewer - looking back at what the performing glass looked like.... I could do everything meaning place and operate the glass but I could not see completely the glass itself just light remnants being displayed or falling to the ground - it's working good now - thanks for taking the time and helping me with my problem. Have a great day - and good luck.

Thanks for taking the time...
