When i try to import an audio .wav file to the Crazy Talk 6.21 script page, it frequently crashes. Sometimes I can import it fine, sometimes same file will appear as a tiny sliver of the length, sometimes, just crashes and corrupts my saved project file. Sometimes i can import fine for one model and then it often crashes when importing the identical .wav file for a second model on the same screen. All scripts and audio files are under 30 minute limit.
Any help out there?

Hi..

I would certainly try updating your sound drivers first as this may solve the problem.

If it doesn't then please contact Reallusion Support using the link below. They will be able to advise your further on how to resolve this issue.

One other thing to try is to use a very short WAV file in the PCM format. If you have no problems with this then the issue may be the length of the audio file. This may be stretching your system resources too much.
