Hi, I have a new computer and although i have a good few of my original Crazy talk characters, I ammissing a couple - little people and fairies.  I can download them but when I try to get the registration number I get a page error (503)  Does the mean I have to buy them again?

If you login to your Account then you should be able to find your purchased content under Registration & Upgrade or Order History depending on when you purchased the content.

For content packs that require a serial you shgould be able to choose the Resend button to have the serial sent to you. For later packs that do not require a serial you should just be able to just download them again and install.
