I would be interested in seeing some avi files available to enhance our movies. Transparent smoke, water, fog, clouds, fire would all be nice.

Moving backgrounds would also be very useful for vehicle scenes. Urban/rural and front/back/side views would make a nice set. In fact it would be pretty cool to set up a box that a vehicle could be placed into that would include the appropriate moving background on all 4 sides. The four sides would not have to be syncronized (as they are not shown together) but would have to be the same environment. Using some basic camera placement (to avoid the competing sides and edges) you could slap a moving vehicle scene together pretty fast.

I realize I could possible find some of things on other sites but it seems to be a market that some fine developer/videographer could tap here in the forums.

Reallusion have some licenced content packs that seem similar to what you describe. From memory, the names are Motion Montage Collections and Motion Design Elements?
