I get these two errors when I try to use a custom mesh in the headshot. Sorry if something is incorrect, this is my first time using the forum, I don't speak native English and I made every effort to come and answer this question here

Hi...

Looking at the two error messages it looks like you didn't frame the head mesh correctly at the start of the process. To ensure best results make sure the head mesh is facing forward and fills the viewport. Press F on the keyboard to achieve this.

For the second issue, check the number and positioning of the Align Points. It's hard to tell from the screenshots but you may not have enough points or they are incorrectly positioned making detection difficult. Try using as many points as possible to get the best detection results.

If you haven't already, please watch the Getting Started tutorial below which takes you through all the steps. If you follow this video carefully you should be able to resolve the issues.

Hi, I did everything I could, I followed each step by step, I spent all day trying, but unfortunately I can't do it at all. I'm very frustrated, it seems like a bug in the program, even putting the camera to f, even doing EVERYTHING the video tells me I still have the same errors, at the beginning I get an error saying there was a problem with the camera synchronization, I need help yet

Thank you for explaining more about what you have tried so far.

To help track down the cause of this unusual issue, please can you capture a screen recording video of your workflow leading up to the errors and send a link to this video to Technical Support. This will enable them to see exactly what is happening and help you resolve the problem. Thanks.
