I'm not sure what happened here..I'm using Blender 3.5.1 with CC Tools v1.6.0.2 and the latest CC4 and iClone 8 versions. I'm editing expressions and Acculips in iClone and I have a scene where the charatcers react in shock, looking aat the camera. Here is what it looks like in iCone 8 on frame 89

When I use the CC/iC tools to import that characters into Blender, Their mouth no longer open properly. Here is a screen shot of frame 89 in Blender:

It look like their jaws are not being animated. Now this has not been a problem until today (ie the 17 earlier scenes all had speaking characters who's  jaws moved perfectly).
One thing that I did change today was that I rebuilt the characters on the left and right to use  CC3+ models with the extended facial profiles and the 8+7 visemes. However, I did NOT cnahge the model for Capt Sanchez in the middle, yet his jaw seem to be wired shut also.
Any ideas what might be going on? I've tried unchecking the Shape Keys Drive Jaw Bone and re-importing the characters, but it has no effect.
Thanks in advance!

One more note, I opened the jaws using the Face Key tool in iClone. Not  sure  if thast makes a difference.

Ok, interesting. If I import the FBX file directly into Blender, using the File -> Import -> FBX approach, then all of the facial expressions are working fine. This tells me that thhe issue is likely in the CC/iC pipeline plugin since iClone is exporting the expected FBX animation.
Victor, am I missing a setting?

It wasn't taking into account other facial profiles Traditional, ExPlus and so would have kept the jaw shut for these profiles as they don't have the Jaw_Open expression. For now, the bone drivers will only apply if the facial profile is CC4 Standard or CC4 Extended:

https://github.com/soupday/cc_blender_tools/releases/tag/1_6_0_3

And then it wasn't excluding the visemes when disabling Jaw bone drivers, so it kept the jaw shut as only the visemes could then move the jaw (if the character had those visemes or not)

I just wanted to confirm that the newest version of the addon does indeed fix the problem!
