Heya,

I am a Network Tech for a secondary school, and am currently setting up some new machines.  Previously we had CrazyTalk v5.0 Pro Edu Edition installed on a couple of machines, with WinXP SP3 as the OS.  I am now setting up some machines with Win7 Enterprise 32bit.  I have uninstalled all our current copies of CrazyTalk before starting the new installation process.

BUT...

I keep getting the following error message at roughly 99% complete.

Unhandled Exception.

Error Number: 0x80040707.

Description: DLL function call crashed. RL SetupValidate.RL SetupValidate.

Setup will now Terminate.

Any suggestions please.  As a side note we do use a Proxy server for our internet, and it does ask for the proxy credentials when installing, but as this wasn't an issue for WinXP, I can only assume it shouldn't cause an issue here with Win7.
