Trying to render a scene, it looks fine in the viewport watching the whole scene.  However, when I render it most of the lighting seems turned off.

It looks like you have the auxillary light on, this light is designed to set up your scene and does not render so turn it off and that is what the render will be. (its the little bulb/light symbol in case you weren't aware).

That's not it, turned it on and turned it off and the problem persists.  Also, when the Auxilary light is on there is an Auxilary light sign on the top right of the viewport.

You are not by any change rendering in Iray? The lighting would be different.

Also, do you have this problem with any project (like the samples that come with iClone) or with just this one.
