Hi,

I'm having trouble when downloading via Smart Content within CTA5.  Downloads begin and then at around 50% to 100% complete, the program hangs and then crashes.  This has happens with all content packs old and new.  I have tried installing multiple times, and the problem still persists, however I did install a copy on my Laptop and does not happen on that system.

I'm currently using Windows 10 Professional, in case that is of any relevance.

Any ideas what the issue could be?

Hi...

As a first course of action do make sure your computer is fully updated and you have the latest graphics drivers installed. You can run Windows Update under Start > Settings for system updates and check with Nvidia or AMD for latest graphics drivers if you have one of those graphics card.

However, if the problem persists, and as this appears a system specific issue, please let support have your dxdiag.txt file so they can check for any obvious causes. Thanks.
