cartoon animator 4 pipeline to PSD editor problem

Junior Member Group: Forum Members Last Active: 3 Weeks Ago Posts: 17, Visits: 127	Hi. I recently encountered a problem editing characters or props, using Krita using the pipeline from CTA4. It psd transfers to Krita but the image has lines across the whole image. Please see attached image. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Krita, using the newest build 5.1.0 and have even reverted to the previous build. Everything worked prior to 3 days ago. psd templets from Reallusion's website load just fine directly into Krita. I don't believe there were any updates to CTA4, I'm running window 10 with 16G of RAM, NIVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Super vid card. Does anyone have any thoughts? Thx

Distinguished Member Group: Administrators Last Active: Yesterday Posts: 22.7K, Visits: 35.7K	Hi... Did you do a system or graphics driver update in the last few days? These kinds of issues are often graphics related so if you did update your graphics drivers you may like to roll back to your previous drivers to see if it resolves the problem. The closest update was Windows 10 on Sept 17, 2022. My problems started about the 23-24. I used CTA4 daily after the 17th with now problems until the 23-24 time. As you can see the video drivers last update was June 6 2022. Windows 10 Update History September 17, 2022—KB5017308 (OS Builds 19042.2006, 19043.2006, and 19044.2006) September 14, 2022-KB5017500 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 21H2 NVIDIA GeForce RTX Driver. Date: 06/06/2022, Version: 31.0.15.1640

Junior Member Group: Forum Members Last Active: 3 Weeks Ago Posts: 17, Visits: 127	So at present, Reallusions, Technical Support, informed me that, there is a compatibility, issues with, CTA4 and exporting PSD files, to newer versions of Krita. And, that they are tracking this issue. As a current workaround, they recommended to install, an older version, of Krita, 5.0.6, to avoid the problems, with lines on images. Here is a link where you can download and install, version 5.0.6, of Krita. https://krita.org/en/item/krita-5-0-6-released/ I wanted to keep the newer version of Krita, for my other projects, so I installed the portable application of Krita to use with CTA4.
