Idf people interested in this kind of animation I can upload the free licened characters as freebees. Then you can figure out how i did this. It is very easy to make characters low poly with animation with autodesk and 3d exchange.

great job and good presentation , but you don't explain your method . which tool in 3dsmax : multires , optimize , other , a script , or your own script ..... It's very interesting to know the pipeline , for learn , understand and share experience . Thanks Wil

thanks for your explain . I have test some way for decimate poly in max or other . I have test optimize , multires , script , Gomax with zbruh decimation master .... it's works fine , I have just a little problem with smooth . But in fact , I know with fbx .... and max or program and option , we can optimize mesh for good result in iclone , but I don't understand Wil , who purpose a good show without explain and demonstrate this . I can understand secret for develloper but when your show a video in a sub-forum like pipeline, you do demonstrate and explain a little this . This is my opinion .

hI, I do not know what you talking about. i only told taht you can import all characters from spore, daz, poser and others by importing them as objectfile. Then bring the polygons down with the optimzer funktions. I all bring them down too about 20000 vertexes. I put bones in them (iclone or max or my own) and make motions with my motion generator and or bvh files. Then i transport them as fbx to 3d exchange and bring them to iclone as charakter, non standard character or non human character. I repeat this for all different motions. I do the morphs with the bonestructure (i change them everytime in max). I think this does not need a tutorial. I am allways kind to everyone, so i do not understand why have this emotions. I show a few possibilities to think off. I saw in the past that y works bring ideas to other people, that is why i show it here. I wish you all a good and happy day Wil
