I have many export licences in my account not updated yet. I have load of errors when trying to export
a cc4 character saying I need a content licence.  Are we suppose to contact support or is this automatic?
I am tired of loosing my time to solve Reallusion issues and new policies.

It should be automatic.

You know that Extended only applies to CC-related content? That confused me in the beginning. So you will still see Export Standard licenses.

EDIT: Standard is the new name for Export. Even I get still confused...Unsure

@animagic

Thanks animagic, you are always there to help. But this is so confusing. Didn't they say all export licences would be updated to extended? I would need to take a week off just to understand the new policies. And I am having export problem and loosing so much time. This is ridiculous, but thanks again!

No it was never said all export licenses would updated to extended. The content that needs an extended license for use in mass distributed games or apps is shown below. If you don't plan on making games or apps then you don't need an extended license at all. The Standard License will allow you to export your content to software like Blender, Omniverse etc.

And to Unity too as a third party application.

Thanks Peter.

Hey, sounds great, but none of my content will export into omniverse and I am not making games or whatnot--it keeps taking me to cart check out when I want to export USD.
