We are currently looking for an iClone Artist, who is capabale of helping with facial performance, especially lipsync in an iClone-3dsmax environment.
We are creating a digital female Avatar for a full cg film. The character will have to speak german, so acculips might not be that accurate here.

Have you tried the facial mocap plugin for the iphone?  It does a good job for what you are looking to do and you can do that in house.   Being that you are working in German, this might be a great option for you to get the lip movement more natural and minimal editing.  The most involved thing about this plugin is getting it set up properly for your character.  There is a really good video in the Reallusion tutorial page on this. 

I am set up to do this however,  not speaking German, I could not get the proper expressions and mouth movements for the words as someone that does speak German.
