For this, the plugin needs to create an automatic rig file like the Vroid studio plugin. Unfortunately, this feature is not available at the moment and I have no idea if it will be added.
You have to do it manually and it's a bit of a hassle.
It will turn into a big torture when you use more than one character.

They also need to fix the A pose.
Epic is probably using the UE4 dummy just for the transition.
I'm sure they will remove it completely in the future.
Even its motions have already been removed.

The CC4 and iC8 programs export according to the UE4 model and already seem to be behind in this regard.
