Hi There, 
Reallusion Hub just got an Update Push and after updating, is unable to connect, Reallusion Hub believes that the system is not connected to the internet. 
Tried downloading the Hub again and reinstalling but no fix.
Can you urgently push a hotfix to this, please?

No problems here after the update so it doesn't look a general issue affecting everyone.

Have you tried shutting down your computer and restarting? Also try signing out and back in again (if that is possible).

I hate to say, "It works on my machine", but it does. I agree with Peter that a restart (aka a cold start) might fix things for you. If it doesn't, I would contact support.
