Hi, 
I'm an independent filmmaker/content creator in L.A. looking to produce a podcast which at first will be with 3 characters. We want the characters to look like the actual people behind the voices, but naturally in a cartoon version to be used in Cartoon Animator 4.
Is there anyone who could create these characters, and what would be the cost per character?
This would be a full buy-out of the characters.
