Downloaded G3 360 Hair Salon in the 2D Character Creation Tool. The content is in a folder in my computer:  Cartoon Animator 4 Template>Accessory>PartHead>Hair>G3 360 Hair Salon. I am unable to find the content in CTA 4.51's Content Manager window. I can not find a "PartHead" folder in Content Manager.

First take your character into Composer mode (top left side toolbar) and then select the Head tab in Content Manager. Now under Hair you will see an entry for the 360 Hair Salon.
