Not sure what I am doing wrong or how to fix this.  I seem to have issues with importing textures properly.  It looks like the triangulation is causing things to deform a bit.  I also notice that any of the perpetual texturing that Blender does is not being exported or if it is, iClone is not importing it.  Notice the roof is white when it should be randomly colored tiles.

Also, would anyone know where to get a screen texture with transparency?  I want to put a screened in porch on this but all the screen textures do not have any transparency added and not seeming to figure out how to add it without losing the metal mesh of the screen.

I have it as a glass sun room but not what I want.  Also notice the difference in the textures... the bottom is how it should look and how it was exported from Blender.

In iClone, what does the texture/materials tab look like for the roof? Is it a PBR type of material? Do you see any images for each of the layers (diffuse, roughness, etc).
Did you  run the Triangulate modifier on the roof mesh prior to exporting (to FBX I assume)? I've found that iClone prefers tris while Blender prefers quads.

I don't know if this will help you or not? I downloaded an online printable graph texture.
It was a free printable black graph with white lines I saved it and made a copy and painted the copy a gray.
Then I applied the gray into the diffuse and the white into the opacity. 
I used prop box 001. But you should be able to use any prop box.
I tiled it 10 for diffuse and opacity. But you can tile it to your liking.
You can be more precise than me.

Yes, I am triangulating before exporting.  I did get the wall textures fixed.  I have to go in and make a grid/mesh.  Archipack builds walls with a single face.  Adding the windows makes holes in that single face causing the change in the textures in the different size triangles.  If I go in and add a bunch of loop cuts making a tighter mesh, it exports much better.

As for the roof.... They are PBR but no images.

The tiles are random in color in Blender.... I am sure it is generated within Blender to do this but it does not seem to export the same visual as the render.  Adding a texture in iClone will change the white and add color (or imported image texture) but it is not random.  Is there a way to export that randomness so it imports to iClone?

Still seem to be having issues getting textures out of Blender.....

I have tried several combinations of baking the texture into the export but nothing happens.  Exporting either .fbx or .obj both return this upon import.

I tried to add a texture image to this but from the triangulation.... It does not look good.

They have an Adobe license where I work, I created this in Substance 3D....  It created the diffuse, normal, spectacular etc....

This is the texture that is being used.  I use to be able to manipulate this in the UV Editor... Cannot get the same look as the Blender file, however I can tame down the triangulation and make it look ok.....  However something happened and now iClone just hangs and crashes when trying to change the UV.

Even in quick mode it crashes.

Any suggestions?  I must be watching the wrong videos on Blender textures.... I cannot figure out how to properly bake or export the image files needed for iClone or other programs that show .obj files..... I get that same solid color in everything, not just iClone.
