This scene created in iClone7 real time rendering. This video just recorded screen capture of real-time animation scene in iClone7. I imagine Reallusion company in the next 5 years that they are the pioneers of animation and character creation industry at that time. Also using Quixel Megascans for environments. Character from Actorcore. Dragon: Free Spirit
