If it was working fine previously, the best thing to do is uninstall CrazyTalk 8 and do a clean reinstall from the Reallusion Hub.
You can uninstall in Windows 10 by going to Start > Settings > Apps, find CrazyTalk 8 in the list and click the Uninstall option. Note: Your purchased content won't be removed so you won't need to install those again.
Once uninstalled, just open the Reallusion Hub (make sure you are logged in) and then reinstall CrazyTalk 8.
