my scene is having 5 characters walking
i got AMD RYZEN 5,  48GB RAM and 8GB Graphics card Sapphire
but still getting freeze problem when i use camera or when i make any movements in character it freezes for 10-15 seconds then resumes at each move. how will i then complete my animation this way

can anyone give solution.. do i need to make any settings ?

Yeah, that's not a very good GPU for use with iClone.

You can go in to your display settings and choose Quick Mode (from the default of High).  Also make sure you have no more than two characters in your scene (one is even better) and no more than 20 props total.  That will all help.  But a better GPU and PC would help greatly.

Use InstaLOD on any characters that aren't the focus of the scene. Makes them look worse but also lowers required resources a lot.
