Have you recently installed any other audio-visual software like video editors, audio software or codec packs? Sometimes doing this can cause conflicts which might result in crashing.

If you have a computer that is always on, please do a full shut down and then restart. You should also check for any system updates that may be due by going to Start > Settings > Update & Recovery.

However, if the problem continues, it may need an uninstall of iClone and a full reinstall. This will often resolve these kind of issues.

Thank you for replying I already reinstalled the program, I have not installed any new audio programs, I shut my laptop down, and updated windows, and cleared my temp files, none of these fixed my issue
