The Marketplace consists of stores run by individual vendors. This means that your payment goes to the vendor and not to Reallusion. This is why the Marketplace operates a no refund policy.
So for any problems with Marketplace purchases, please contact the seller direct to get the problem resolved. Vendors are obligated to help customers with any complaints they may have if the content has issues. In most cases you should be able to get this quickly resolved with the the store owner.
