I have Cartoon Animator 4
Is there some way to rename the ImageLayer in the Scene Manager.

In the Scene Manager click on the name and press F2 or just double click the name and you can edit as needed.

EDIT: If you are referring to the top level parent "Image Layer" then no, you can not change that name. Only the added image layers.
